Strategy & HR Scan

Building a consistent organisation- and HR-strategy is supported by our Strategy & HR Scan. This Scan maps the relevant factors and shows the consistency of the chosen strategy in practice. The thoughts from a.o. the board of directors, HRM and organisational staff are compared, and where necessary they are compared to those of the stakeholders. Research by us, the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the State University of Groningen among over 350 HR-functionaries and supervisors in public and private organisations, was at the basis of the development of this strategic scan.

Metrics & Analytics

Performability also helps make measurable the important processes and results within the organisation. We go beyond establishing the metrics, and we also help with (statistically) researching the links between them, with the help, for example, of HR Analytics. This way, the effectiveness of policy and processes can be determined, and the further development of the organisation can be redirected.
